7 days of freshness, I promise

If your bouquet does not stay fresh for at least 7 days, you will get a fresh replacement or your money back. Quite simply, with a photo.

Why we can promise this

  • Freshly bound by hand

    Every bouquet is created on the order day at our store, not days in advance on stock.

  • Seasonally purchased

    We shop for the season and in small quantities. Short distances, short service life, long shelf life.

  • Located in Halle

    No days of package travel. Your flowers come directly from the store on the Lutherplatz to you.

Then you get the guarantee

  1. Taking a picture

    If your bouquet does not stay fresh for at least 7 days, take a photo within one working day.

  2. Short report

    Send us the photo by WhatsApp, email or call. One or two sentences suffice as an occasion.

  3. Replacement or refund

    You get a fresh bouquet back as a replacement or your money. Without long back and forth.

Note: Flowers are perishable goods and exempt from the legal 14-day withdrawal (§ 312g para 2 BGB). Our freshness guarantee applies additionally and voluntarily, because we stand by our manual work.
